Studying at Hyper Island and working in digital for over 10 years, I enjoy working on complex challenges and finding new ways to collaborate with teams.
Travelling the world has been invaluable in understanding cultures, human needs and behaviours; as well as feeding my curiosity of the world. I love to learn and get the best out of people.

I design meaningful services for people.
I work with teams and organisations, applying strategic design to invent and improve end-to-end experiences. The impact of some projects I've worked on includes:
💰 Supported Wellcome, an independent global charitable foundation to win a £200 million bid to fund research into mental health.
👩🏾⚕️ Saved Well pharmacies time and cost by simplifying and redesigning a complex paper-based prescription management system into an efficient workflow supported by digital tools.
📞 Reduced the number of inbound calls to a global service centre which resulted in a €2.5M cost savings by delivering an e-commerce self serve.
🚑 Service re-design of NHS blood donor centres in the UK, the prototype site leading to 7,500 more units of donated blood in the first year and 22,000 lives saved or improved.
💌 Culture design for Common Good, a company built on a collaborative open culture working for businesses with a strong sense of purpose and values.
🚴♀️ Designed a digital space for female riders to discover stories, locations, personalities and events related to their lifestyle with Specialized.
💬 Facilitated a design sprint for the United Nations Refugee Agency enabling refugees to generate income online using their translation skills.
